A mushroom of the Agaricus family. It is characterized by having the carpóforo of light brown color, otherwise it is very similar to a mushroom. Nutritionally it is very similar to the mushroom , although it has something more of fat proportion, which makes that it has a more intense flavor comparing it with its white brother.
