Commercialization of mushrooms and mushrooms “in fresh”

In the warehouse the mushrooms and mushrooms “in fresh” are sold, that come from the cultures of our partners.

A year, 24 million kg of different varieties of fungi are processed: 80% mushroom (Agaricus bisporus), 10% common mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus), 6.5% portobello (Agaricus brunnescens) and 3.5% shiitake (Lentinus edodes).

 

The product is collected on a daily basis in an artisan way and collected from the partners’ warehouses, with its own refrigerated trucks. Next, the merchandise is received at the warehouse, making the delivery note and the identification of each of the items to have the continuous tracking of gender traceability information.

Subsequently, the rapid cooling of our products in cooling chambers is performed, so that in the minimum time the product interior reaches a temperature of 4 ° C .; In this way we ensure optimum conditions of quality and freshness of our mushrooms and mushrooms, throughout their commercial life.

The warehouse is equipped with a modern machinery for the selection and packaging of products from our crops, combining the latest technology for process robotization, with the care of expert hands and the experience of our packaging staff.
