We will sauté in a pan the garlics with the mushrooms cut in sheets.
The seaweed will sauté with soy sauce and sesame.
For the mayonnaise we will confit the mushrooms to obtain an oil and assemble the mayonnaise.
Garnish with the tomato jam and cane honey.
